Eugene Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, indexes, and historical directory collections relevant to Eugene, Oregon. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with any office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reporting Agency Status
Eugene Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Material here and results from linked search tools are not consumer reports and may not be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Links to Outside Sites
Government portals and outside services, including sponsored search tools, maintain their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, availability, prices, or data handling.

The service is offered "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We do not promise that any detail is accurate, complete, current, or that an outside portal will operate or return correct results.
